Trump Tower
India’s most prestigious projects – The Trump Tower with it’s Shimmering Gold Glass Facade is executed by The Alumayer Group in India. the installation of the panels from ground to the top with the help customised designed installation lifting equipment for the extended flanges of the glass facades. first time ever this kind of installation methodology had to be adapted, for the cantilever by 3.5 meter at the maximum point of facade flanges. the perforation structure nearing about 15k SQ. MTR is crooked in shape and a unique customised equipment and methodology for installation is adapted, the design challenge being 80% of the panels being odd in shape and all having different sizes. designing and execution released carried out purely based on the 3D TEKLA model. for the perforation in addition to the odd panels of nearing about 10,000 in numbers the sizes are ranging from 1.5 to 3 MTR in width having four different high metallic shades. this structure is of a kind and iconic landmark structure in India.
Reliance GHQ
127 tonnes of complex cantilever structure ranging from 1 mtr to 7 mtrs. was executed with over 6000 mtrs. of dry wall cladding. Unitised window bespoke system. Suspended spider glazing 1250 Sq. Mtr
Air Traffic Control Tower
The unique shape of the tower is inclined at 11.32 mtr. due to which, we used Pantograph gondola to install the glass panels with a special glass vacuum machine used to half the glass during installation. Maximum weight of the glass is 645 kgs. All the panels installed in 3 dimensions having non standard sizes.
lodha Supremus
Intrinsically designed and tastefully executed; a project of pride for the Alumayer India. The Sunshade feature of ACP cladding cantilever by 1.2 MTR. incorporated in the facade unitised system and about 4000 SQ. MTR. of stone work including the curved stone cladding makes this project quite unique.
World Crest Tower
Built in-house, these hi performance cladding customised system for the Lodha World Crest Tower in Mumbai withstanding 4.75 KPA was designed and executed in the year 2018 by Alumayer India.
Logistics being the main challenge in this project, was smartly over come by transporting the fabricated panels to the installation location with the help of special arrangement of a guide rope and Monorail motor from outside phase of the building.

ICC Tower
Built for Bombay Realty, the ICC Tower is one of the big residential projects we have undertaken in terms of facade area manufactured. Our scope of work included installation of unitized glazing, ACP cladding door & windows.
World One
Another iconic structures in Mumbai, the World One project by Lodha was delivered an executed in record time by Alumayer India. This building being taller than the World Crest Towers, though the methodology used was similar, there were several tweaks being done to the design and installation of the facade panels for this project.
New Cuffe Parade
The facades of the residential projects developed by Lodha in the new and upcoming area of Mumbai – New Cuffe Parade were developed and executed by Alumayer.
Working with Singapore Architects WOHA and consultant ARUP, Alumayer India has successfully installed a 75,000 sq. mtr facade including doors, windows, green wall, solid sheet cladding, louvers and glass block for this project.
The Park Kiara
Another project executed for the Lodha Group is The Park, Tower 5. Alumayer India, has closely worked with BES consultants to deliver this project which includes Unitised Glazing, Solid Sheet Cladding, Louvers and Glass Block.
Lodha Commercial - tower 4
Another project executed for the Lodha Group is The Commercial Tower 4. The varying position of mullions from floor to floor creates a unique and distinctive identity to the tower. Steel supported Curtain wall with massive glass size of 5m wide at ground floor to get the maximum vision without any distraction.
